As Savoir Faire’s founder, I grew up moving around the world and, as a teenager in Italy, I discovered my passion for cooking. To this day, that passion thrives. I started Savoir Faire Catering in 1982 as an artistic endeavor, and it remains an honest expression of my personal commitment to excellence. My intention has never been to have the largest roster of clients, but to provide the best for those who truly care about quality.

I believe that our 24-plus years of longevity are the direct result of our ability to focus on the needs of our customers, and of the great pride we take in your successful event.

Savoir Faire is a multi-cultural family-like company and we are committed to respecting one another and the world around us. We are very conservation- minded and in our commissary, we recycle all materials.Unclaimed  leftover event food is distributed to shelters and the needy.
