Whether you're planning a wedding reception, corporate lunch, bar/bat mitzvah buffet or a multi-course plated dinner, we have the flexibility, creativity and expertise to make your event a success. At Savoir Faire, we are committed to working individually  with each of our clients to suit their particular budget. With that goal in mind, we have gained our reputation for respecting our clients' needs first and foremost, with a flexible and gracious desire to please. If you have a special need or concern, we want to be able to satisfy it -- whether it be a particularly tight budget, dietary restriction, or attention towards "theme stations" or ethnic specialties.


Presentation

Unique and beautiful presentation is a major part of Savoir Faire’s reputation.

Whatever your own personal style, we will mirror it -- either with full silver service and lovely handmade linens, or with the simpler look of baskets and pottery , alongside our unique antiques and accessories. When clients choose Savoir Faire, they are assured that "Everything will look as wonderful as it tastes."


Basics

For service specifics, we believe that our job is to help you with as much of your event as you would like. At the most basic level of our services, Food, Staff and Rental are what we provide for you. All of our Food is freshly made by us ; none is pre-made or hired-out.

For Rental, we will identify what equipment your site has and then work with you to determine your needs for the specifics of china, linens, glassware , etc. Our Staff  are focused, professional and gracious. When we coordinate and manage an event for you, all of our attention is on the detail and the flow of things. This assures that  you can relax and enjoy yourself as a guest at your own party.


Overall Coordination

In addition to the food, staff and rental that we provide, we are usually asked to be party planners, and beverage, floral, music or tent coordinators as well. Most of our clients have schedules that do not allow them the time to deal with all the details they would like. We are happy to act as “General Contractor” and help you with all those extra details. If you choose to handle them yourself, we will gladly share with you contact information for our favorite vendors and function sites.

Insurance and Venues

In our 24 years, Savoir Faire has served clients at most of New England’s  historic, museum, and other venues and we are on the Preferred Caterers list of many of them.  We have all the insurances required to work at all of these New England venues.
